• Your payout is based on a percentage of our estimated resale price. Pricing may change at our discretion after your items have sold, as we assume the risk if items don’t sell, are damaged, or are stolen.
• We offer 30% in a check or 50% in store credit for the estimated price we would sell your items for!
• We pay you immediately - you do not have to wait for your items to sell. You assume no risk if items are damaged or stolen.

• Items must be clean, folded and in a bin or tote bag(s) (please no hangers)
• Our usual processing time is 1-3 days. If you are planning on leaving for a vacation please wait until you return to drop off
• Items we pass on must be picked up within 3 days of receiving a text notification. Unclaimed items will be donated after 5 days.

• We gravitate toward sustainable, thoughtfully made, and effortlessly modern pieces especially those in natural fabrics like cotton, linen, silk, and wool.

• We do not buy men’s suits or wedding/prom dresses.
• We generally don’t buy vintage, but we’re selective with the pieces we do accept.
