In-Store Purchases
You have 48 hours from the time of purchase to return your item. You are welcome to return it to either location, regardless of where the original purchase was made.
In-Store Pickups for Online and Instagram Purchases
You have 48 hours from the time you receive notification that your item is ready for pickup at the selected location. This period starts when the notification is sent, not when the item is picked up.
Shipped Items
You have 48 hours from the tracked delivery date to initiate a return and send the item back to us. Please direct message or email us with the tracking information when mailing the return.
Note: We do not cover return shipping costs.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, with original tags attached.
- We do not accept returns on shoes, bags, or accessories.
- Returns are not intended to hold items for in store try ons.
Please remember that you are purchasing secondhand items, and while many of our items are in like-new condition, some items may show signs of previous use or wear. Feel free to contact us directly with any questions about sizing, measurements, concerns, or to request additional photos. We are here for you and happy to answer any questions you may have.
